Dates subject to change based on weather and other conditions Explorer Rashid launch on November 30th

The Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center has approved a new date for an attempt to launch the Emirates project to explore the moon, as it is scheduled to launch the explorer Rashid towards the surface of the moon, on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at 03:39 AM EST or 12:39 PM United Arab Emirates time.

The Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center, in cooperation with the partners “SpaceX” and “iSpace”, stated that the launch vehicle, which was placed on board the lander, will begin to launch towards Complex No. 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Base, Florida, United States, and once launched , the spacecraft on board the lander will take a low-powered route to the moon rather than a direct approach, which means the landing will take about five months after launch, meaning it will take place in April 2023.
