Saudi Arabia ranks 39th in the 2018 Global Competitiveness Report

The World Economic Forum (WEF) published the Global Competitiveness Report (GCR) for 2018, with Saudi Arabia achieving the best progress, ranking 39th out of 140 countries, and this was the best progress for the Kingdom in the ranking since 2012.
One of the most important factors that led to the improvement of the ranking of the Kingdom in the 2018 Country Competitiveness Report was the complementary work involving more than 40 government agencies and the reforms carried out by government agencies in all indicators of measuring the performance of the Kingdom in the Global Competitiveness Report
