The General Organization for Grain in Saudi Arabia is bidding for the import of 715 thousand tons of wheat

The General Grain Corporation announced today its first bidding for this year (2018) for the importation of 715 thousand tons of wheat for supply during the period (April – June 2018) with 12 vessels distributed on the Kingdom’s ports, 7 vessels for Jeddah Islamic Port, 4 vessels for King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam, Jazan.
The Governor of the General Establishment for grains, Eng. Ahmed bin Abdul Aziz Al-Faris, said that the launch of this batch comes within the framework of the Corporation’s plan to maintain strategic storage levels of wheat and cover domestic demand from mills.
