Saudi Arabia announces the closing of the Offering (07-2018) of the Local Sukuk Program

The Saudi Ministry of Finance announced the completion of the receipt of investors’ requests for local issuance (07-2018) under the Saudi Government Sukuk Program in Saudi Riyal. The issuance volume was set at SR 3,465 billion. The ministry said the issue was divided into three segments: First tranche, SR 2.100 billion for sukuk payable in 2023, second tranche of SR 0.962 billion for sukuk payable in 2025 and third tranche of SR 0.403 billion for Sukuk maturing In the year 2028 AD.
