DUBAI, January 17: The Dubai Multi Commodities Center – the authority of the Dubai government concerned with the trade of commodities and projects – has entered into a partnership with “Ellington Properties” to develop the new “Upper House” residential project in Jumeirah Lakes Towers.
The AED 1.2 billion Upper House, launched today, is Ellington Properties’ first residential project in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. The project, scheduled for completion by early 2026, embodies the company’s integrated design philosophy. The Brewer Smith Brewer Group, an executive architecture and design firm based in Dubai, London and Riyadh, has designed the project, which will feature premium, high-quality facilities bearing the signature of Ellington Properties.
The Upper House project will include 754 residential units ranging from studios to one, two and three bedroom apartments, all with views of Jumeirah Islands and the Dubai Marina skyline. Residents will enjoy a range of facilities and amenities.
