Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 1.8 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed, on Thursday, the registration of 547 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 1.25 billion dirhams, including 44 pledges of allegiance to lands, at a value of 214.38 million dirhams, and 503 sales of apartments and villas, at a value of 1.03 billion dirhams.
The most important land sales came with a value of 14 million dirhams in the Airport City area, followed by a pledge of 11 million dirhams in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area, followed by a pledge of 11 million dirhams in the first Me’aisem area.
The fifth Al-Habibiyah region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 14 sales at a value of 46 million dirhams, followed by the Airport City region, with 4 sales at a value of 43 million dirhams, and a third in the city of Hind 4, with 3 sales at a value of 4 million dirhams.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, the sale amounted to 32 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, as the most important sale, followed by the sale of 25 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally the sale of 24 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area.
The Dubai Marina area topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 49 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 127 million dirhams, followed by the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area, with 43 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 78 million dirhams, and a third in Al Barsha, south of the fourth, with 42 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 40 million dirhams.
The mortgages recorded a value of 386.79 million dirhams, including 4 land mortgages with a value of 98.13 million dirhams and 91 mortgages for villas and apartments with a value of 288.67 million dirhams.
As for donations, 49 donations were recorded, with a value of 177.98 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Dubai Marina area, with a value of 80 million dirhams, and another in the Palm Jumeirah area, with a value of 40 million dirhams.
