His Highness Sheikh Dr. Majid bin Saeed Al Nuaimi, President of the Court of His Highness the Ruler of Ajman, witnessed the activities of the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Chinese National Day at the Fairmont Ajman Hotel, and the signing of a memorandum of understanding with Ajman Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry to promote joint cooperation in the establishment of the Cultural and Commercial Center To support the business sector in the Emirate of Ajman, enable traders and entrepreneurs to learn and learn Chinese culture and language and enhance their ability to communicate effectively.
The ceremony was organized by Ajman Free Zone and the Chinese market in Ajman and the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding was attended by Mohammed Ali Al Janahi, Executive Director of Promotion and Investment Sector at Ajman Chamber, a number of emirate officials, businessmen, traders and officials from the People’s Republic of China.
The MoU was signed by Ajman Chamber Marwan Hareb Al-Eryani, Director of Promotion and International Relations, and by Gulf China Trading Company, Lu Cheng, Director of Marketing and Promotion.
The memorandum of understanding stipulated the need for planning, conducting joint researches, undertaking joint preparatory work for the establishment of the center, cooperating in the marketing plan of the center as well as developing programs to organize Chinese language courses by Chinese teachers targeting entrepreneurs in the emirate. In China.
The two sides stressed the importance of developing plans to encourage traders and businessmen from both countries to exchange visits and cultural and commercial meetings.
Mohammed Al Janahi praised the deep relations between the UAE and China, pointing out that the bilateral relations between the two countries have witnessed great development during the previous years at the leadership level and in various sectors.
He said that Ajman Chamber attaches great importance to cooperation with Chinese parties through diversifying joint activities and participating in specialized exhibitions and intensifying direct and bilateral visits to provide direct channels of communication between businessmen and investors of the two parties to increase the volume of trade and economic cooperation.
For his part, Marwan Harib stressed the importance of the memorandum of understanding, and considered that the joint cooperation between the Chamber and the Chinese company in the establishment of the Chinese Cultural and Commercial Center in Ajman to serve the business community of knowledge and learn Chinese culture, came as a result and urgent necessity for the great development in bilateral relations in various sectors.
He explained that the center will enhance the opportunities of effective communication between China and the Emirate of Ajman and will mark a turning point in learning Chinese, thus increasing cooperation and partnerships between businessmen of the two sides.
