Four groups have joined forces to form a real estate development company in Egypt called “The Arc” for development, with a paid-in capital of 500 million Egyptian pounds (25.39 million dollars).
On Tuesday, the CEO of the new company, Osama Abu Alam, announced the official launch of the company in partnership between Al-Arjani Group, Al-Safi Group, Arabella Group, and Abdul-Maqsoud Group.
He said: The new project covers an area of 92 acres, and it is targeted to build about one million square meters of buildings for commercial, administrative, residential and hotel purposes.
