Learn about the conditions for humanitarian workers to obtain golden residency

The Federal Authority for Identity, Nationality, Customs and Ports Security may, in accordance with Cabinet Resolution No. 65 of 2022, issue the executive regulations for Federal Decree-Law No. 29 of 2021 regarding the entry and residence of foreigners, which is annexed to the decision regarding golden residency, which will enter into force on 3 October next. To grant a golden residence permit to pioneers of humanitarian work who have outstanding and tangible contributions in this field from inside and outside the country, based on a recommendation from the Ministry of Community Development, in coordination with the competent federal and local government agencies.
