Nutrition experts advised to avoid eating certain foods after six in the evening, as the digestive system becomes weaker in the late evening, and these foods store a large amount of calories.
They recommend choosing foods that are low in carbohydrates and fats after 6 pm, according to the newspaper, “The Times of India”.
