Call for the establishment of an Arab central bank to lend to youth projects

The Second Forum of Arab Entrepreneurs and Innovative Ideas called on the League of Arab States to establish an Arab central bank to contribute to the lending of youth projects.
The Forum also called upon the Council of Arab Youth for Integrated Development to establish an Arab institutional umbrella for entrepreneurship in coordination with the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States under its auspices.
The forum called on the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States to find funding outlets through the Arab sovereign funds for youth projects with a soft benefit in order to encourage young entrepreneurs as a supporting force for the Arab economies and activating the investment plans in the Arab countries. In line with international standards, linking national plans for economic and investment development with projects of young entrepreneurs and seeking to promote investment plans in Arab countries.
Under the patronage of the Arab League and the Ministries of Youth and Sports, Trade and Industry in Egypt, and the General Authority for Investment and organized by the Arab Youth Council, the Arab Forum for Arab Entrepreneurs and Innovative Ideas was launched at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States. In cooperation with the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States / Social Affairs Sector – Civil Society Organizations Department / with the participation of high and specialized delegations and more than 300 people representing 19 Arab countries.
