Rashid bin Saud Al Mualla inaugurates ‘Made in Umm Al Quwain’ exhibition and forum

His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain, said that the industrial sector is one of the main engines in supporting economic development in the UAE and has a pivotal role in boosting the country’s GDP, especially in light of Diversity of industrial products.

His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla pointed out the importance of encouraging industrial development and building a roadmap towards investing in capabilities, fostering innovation and developing the skills necessary to upgrade the industrial sector and put it at the forefront of sectors supporting global economic growth through the adoption of the applications of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the deployment of advanced technologies in the industrial sectors. This came during the inauguration of an exhibition and forum “Made in Umm Al Quwain” in its first edition, organized by the Umm Al Quwain Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Umm Al Quwain Hall in Umm Al Quwain in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Energy and Industry and the Federation of Chambers of the State, where more than 50 factories and companies Umm Al Quwain, in addition to the participation of federal and local government agencies in the Emirate.
