730 million dirhams in Abu Dhabi real estate transactions in a week

The value of real estate transactions in Abu Dhabi during the past week amounted to 730 million dirhams through 188 real estate sales and mortgage transactions, according to the “Dari” platform of the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi.

The platform explained that the value of sales amounted to 365 million dirhams from 102 sales transactions, while the value of the mortgage amounted to 365 million dirhams from 86 mortgage transactions.

Real estate projects under construction on Saadiyat Island topped the list of largest transactions last week by value. The value of transactions in these projects amounted to 121 million dirhams, of which 5 are ready and 4 are planned.

The real estate market in Abu Dhabi has witnessed rapid growth over the past years, thanks to the strategic initiatives and projects implemented by the Department of Municipalities and Transport in cooperation with the competent authorities, to make it easier for investors to invest in the field of real estate.
