Two plots of land were sold for one billion dirhams within hours in Dubai

Real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 2.5 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed today the registration of 399 sales worth 2.3 billion dirhams, including 93 sales of land worth 1.59 billion dirhams and 306 sales of apartments and villas worth 714.8 million dirhams. The most important land sales were worth 501.81 million dirhams in the Al Wasl area (water canal), followed by a sale worth 450 million dirhams in the first commercial center area, followed by a sale worth 42.39 million dirhams in the Al Barsha area south of the third.

 

 

 

 

Al Habiyah 5 topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, recording 48 sales worth 374.57 million dirhams, followed by Hind City 4, recording 16 sales worth 29.12 million dirhams, and a third in Wadi Al Safa 3, recording 8 sales worth 63.03 million dirhams.

As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale worth 60 million dirhams came in the Palm Jumeirah area as the most important sale, followed by a sale worth 25 million dirhams in the Wadi Al Safa 3 area, and finally a sale worth 20.5 million dirhams in the Al Mirkadh area. The Al Barsha South Fourth area topped the regions in terms of the number of apartment and villa sales, recording 32 sales worth 31.74 million dirhams, followed by the Warsan 1 area, recording 25 sales worth 10.54 million dirhams, and third in Business Bay, recording 19 sales worth 24.58 million dirhams.

 

 

 

 

The mortgages recorded a value of 221.58 million dirhams, including 24 land mortgages with a value of 52.74 million dirhams and 103 mortgages for villas and apartments with a value of 168.83 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the first Jebel Ali Industrial Zone, with a value of 28 million dirhams, and another in the Al Thanyah 5 area, with a value of 23.08 million dirhams. As for donations, 22 donations were recorded, worth 38.31 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Palm Jumeirah area, worth 8.35 million dirhams, and another in the Burj Khalifa area, worth 5.29 million dirhams.
