Dubai witnesses the sale of 3 plots of land for 3.4 billion dirhams within hours

Dubai Real Estate recorded the sale of 3 lands for 3.4 billion dirhams within hours, on Monday, bringing the total sales registered in the Land Department to 4.82 billion dirhams, and transactions exceeding the barrier of 5 billion dirhams. A plot of land was sold for 1.83 billion dirhams in Al Sufouh II, and another in Palm Jumeirah for 1 billion dirhams, while Dubai Islands recorded the sale of a plot of land worth 600 million dirhams, according to “Dubai Rest” data.
