SAUDI ARABIA -Twenty Five(25,000) Female Employees Benefit From Human Resources Development program Fund

Human Resources Development Fund (HDF) revealed that the total number of Saudi female employees who have benefited from the program to support the transfer of working women reached 25 thousand beneficiaries since the launch of the program so far.
Earlier, Hadaf has made new updates on the conditions of women joining the program to support the transfer of working women, in line with the benefit of the beneficiaries, and the enrollment of a larger segment of the girls in the program, which aims at empowering women working in the private sector. Their participation in the labour market and support their job stability, in order to increase the efficiency of support.
The program aims at improving the environment for transporting women to and from work, and finding solutions that reduce the burden of transport costs on Saudi women working in the private sector by providing safe, high quality and safe transportation services for working women, in partnership with private taxis steering companies through licensed smart applications.
He said that the amount of monthly financial support provided to women in the program to support the transfer of working women “arrival” is 80% of the cost and a maximum of 800 riyals per month.
Conditions for admission to the program included a period of less than 36 months for female social security employees, a monthly wage not exceeding 8,000 riyals, and women working in the private sector could register for an “access” program.
