The Saudi Stock Exchange closed at 8899.80 points

The index of major Saudi stocks closed today, down 69.06 points to close at 8899.80 points, and trades worth more than 3.3 billion riyals.
More than 100 million shares were traded, with more than 103,000 shares making gains, with 51 companies posting gains, while 115 stocks closed lower.
Red Sea, Cooperative, Batec, and Aseg and Arab Insurance were the top gainers. Mabco, Masafi, Riyadh, Research & Marketing and Eastern Cement were the most heavily traded, with gains and losses ranging between 7.59% and 6.61%.
Al-Rajahi, Dar Al-Arkan, Zain KSA, and Manufacturing were the most active in quantity. Al Rajhi, Sabic, Al-Anma, Al Ahly and Al-Ahli were the most active in value.
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark index closed up 29.63 points to close at 3474.15 points, with trades worth more than 800,000 riyals. The number of shares traded reached more than 40,000 shares, which were split by 78 transactions.
