Principles of economic analysis and e-commerce in two workshops for “Sharjah Businesswomen”

The Sharjah Businesswomen Council in cooperation with the Department of Economic Development in Sharjah organized two workshops targeting entrepreneurs and small entrepreneurs on the principles of economic analysis and how to develop business through e-commerce, presented by Dr. Amr Saleh, Economic Advisor at the Department.
The workshop, which was held yesterday at the Sharjah Ladies Club, Al Dhaid Branch, entitled “Principles of Economic Analysis in the Success of Projects”, targeted about 100 women entrepreneurs interested in the principles of economic analysis, including several themes, most notably economic behavior, selection, desire, ability and role of small enterprises in growth and creating opportunities. Sharjah Ladies Club “Kalba Branch” hosted a workshop entitled “Develop your business through e-commerce” targeting about 100 women entrepreneurs and small entrepreneurs interested in e-commerce and included several axes, including the definition of e-commerce and its types and the advantages of owning e-commerce and the disadvantages of using e-commerce Logistics challenges, conversation robots, paid advertising, plus tips for women entrepreneurs to increase sales through e-commerce.
Mariam Rashid Bin Al Sheikh, Director of Membership and Services at the Sharjah Business Women Council, explained that the council organizes the two workshops as part of its efforts and keenness to hold a series of training courses and workshops throughout the year dealing with a number of topics of interest to entrepreneurs who are members of the Council or willing to join it and help them to set up their projects. And provide them with the expertise and skills that enable them to enter the business world and integrate into the economic sector.
