Record sales of Dubai real estate on the map.. 125 billion dirhams, the total in 9 months, the third quarter records 25,456 deals with 69.72 billion

Dubai real estate recorded strong sales in the first 9 months of 2022, amounting to nearly 125.2 billion dirhams, exceeding the total value of sales achieved in the whole of 2013, which amounted to 119 billion dirhams.
Off-plan transactions reached an all-time high in the past nine months, when a total of 29,339 sales were recorded, compared to 24,077 transactions recorded during the whole of last year.
Property Finder data revealed that the real estate market continues to achieve continuous growth, as last September recorded the highest number of deals with 8,649 deals, with a value of 24.42 billion dirhams, exceeding the peak of the market achieved in 2013, with an increase of 13.34% in terms of number transactions, and 23.04% in terms of value.
