Private Sector Council” discusses ways to attract citizens to work in the economic sectors

The Private Sector Council organized a youth seminar to discuss ways to attract national talent to work in the private sector in various economic sectors and empower them in their jobs.
The seminar was organized within the framework of a series of seminars organized by the council, which includes 18 citizens and citizens from the private sector and parastatal institutions, and works under the umbrella of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
The workshop was attended by Mona Waleed, Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization for Emiratisation and HE Dr. Omar Al Nuaimi, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Communication and International Relations.
Mona Walid praised the youth’s contributions and suggestions on the most important means and mechanisms that enable citizens and women to work in the private sector and attract national talent and graduates to work in this vital sector, which is full of suitable jobs.
She added that the ministry is looking more closely at the presence of active participation by young people as they are familiar with the reality of work in this sector by offering more ideas and suggestions on the most important programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the participation of national human resources in the private sector.
For his part, Dr. Omar Al Nuaimi stressed the Ministry’s keenness to provide the necessary support to the Youth Council for the private sector, which constitutes a dialogue platform and a representative arm of young citizens in various economic sectors, private and quasi-governmental, to enable them to express their views on laws, regulations and policies in the field of labor regulation, In the private sector and youth workshops to identify the views of young people on the most important issues related to them and identify the challenges they face in the private sector and propose solutions and appropriate programs thereon.
He also stressed the important role of the Council in proposing initiatives and applied ideas and involving and representing young people working in the private sector in local, regional and international conferences and training programs and organizing initiatives and youth workshops to guide young people in the policies and legislations of companies and institutions in the private sector. Skills of young citizens by building the foundations of partnership with private sector boards.
The session reviewed a number of axes related to the work of citizens in the private sector institutions, including Ministerial Decision No. 212 of 2118, regulating the work of citizens in this sector, especially regarding the steps of citizens’ employment and procedures for ensuring the seriousness of resettlement. The parties.
The youth discussed ways to enhance the participation of citizens working in the private sector in the programs of rehabilitation and job training, as well as participating in an effective working environment that allows them to get the expertise of the job, which enables them to carry out the tasks of work as required.
The participants reviewed their personal experiences during their work in the private sector and the challenges they faced in the beginning of their work, stressing that they were able to overcome these challenges and achieve success and then participate actively in achieving achievements in the institutions they work in a few years
