Dubai Courts organizes a talk show on the Special Inheritance Court

The dialogue session was attended by Judge Muhammad Jassim Al Shamsi, President of the Special Inheritance Court, with the participation of legal experts, judges, lawyers and the general public.

Through the judicial space, Al Shamsi addressed the most important themes related to the tasks and objectives of the inheritance court. The session included details of the court in terms of its inception, objectives, competencies, administrative procedures, the authority of judgments, appeal, settlement, and execution of judgments.
