Islamic Economics Institute holds a course in the basics of Islamic banking

The Institute of Islamic Economics, King Abdulaziz University, held a training session in “Fundamentals of Islamic Banking” at the headquarters of the Financial Institute of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency.
The session, which targeted the employees of the banking sector, comes within the framework of the joint cooperation agreement signed by the Institute of Islamic Economy and the Financial Institute of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency in the field of development and training, and building competencies in the professional field, which helps to benefit from opportunities that achieve the interests of the parties and employ their resources to achieve Common interest.
The course dealt with basic concepts in the Islamic economy, transactions, contracts, the emergence and development of Islamic banks, sources and uses of funds, Islamic finance, Islamic banking and Islamic banking in the Kingdom.
