His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, mourned the former minister and businessman Mohammed Saeed Al Mulla, who passed away next to his Lord on Thursday.
