The real estate transactions at Dubai Land Department today reached more than AED 2 billion, with 158 sales worth AED 400 million, including 12 land sales worth AED 190 million and 146 sales of apartments and villas worth AED 210 million.
The most important land sales were AED 90 million in Al Merkad area, followed by AED 39 million in Al Karama, followed by AED 6 million in Al Thanyah 5.
Al Karama recorded a pledge of AED 39 million, then Al Thanyah 4 with AED 7 million and Palm Jumeirah with AED 1 million.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, AED 90 million was sold at Al Merkad area, followed by AED 7 million in Palm Jumeirah and AED 5 million in Dubai Marina.
Al Wasl has registered 15 sales valued at AED 19 million, Al Khiran First Area 15 sales valued at AED 22 million and Al Habiya IV 14 sales worth AED 6 million.
The mortgages recorded a value of AED 1.6 billion including 18 mortgages worth 300 million dirhams and 61 mortgages for villas and apartments worth 1.3 billion dirhams, most notably in the Burj Khalifa area of 866 million dirhams and another in the Dubai Marina area worth 345 million dirhams.
