The index of Saudi shares closed today, up 12.19 points to close at 8678.88 points, and trades worth 3 billion riyals.
More than 130 million shares were traded, with more than 105,000 shares making gains in 63 companies, while 112 stocks ended lower.
The shares of Al Tayyar, Suicorp, Apple Rit, Herfy Foods, BATC and Manufacturing were the most active. Wataniya, Al Alamiah, Enaya, Al Ittihad and Amanah were the most heavily traded, with gains and losses ranging from 9.98% to 4.99%.
