Jubail Island Investment Company has launched the AED 5 billion Jubail Island Project, which is expected to become the first residential destination for lifestyle lovers in Abu Dhabi, as well as being a low density residential area of ​​400 hectares.
The diverse project, launched at a press conference in Abu Dhabi, will feature a unique mix of serviced plots of land, facilities and high-end properties to meet the needs of Emiratis and tenants alike. The six villages include Jubail, Al-Dhabi, Jubail and Buda Jubail, in a strategic location linking Yas Island with Saadiyat Island.
The project extends over a 13 km long sea front, with plots ranging from 1500 to 5000 square meters, as well as houses ranging from 300 to 1,200 square meters, nestled in a picturesque natural area surrounded by Crimean forests and a spectacular natural environment.
The project is located just 15 minutes from the center of Abu Dhabi and 50 minutes from Dubai Marina. It is also close to Abu Dhabi’s most important tourist attractions such as the Louvre Museum, Yas Mall, Mariya Island and Abu Dhabi Island.
The project is to be completed during the last quarter of 2022.
Of 400 independent homes and 400 detached houses, as well as the availability of various ownership options including plots of land ready for construction to be delivered during the first quarter of 2021. Jubail Island will be completed between 5,000 and 6,000 homes.
The project includes a variety of world-class facilities such as business, villas and office buildings. The city center has a number of restaurants, commercial outlets, a beach club, a business center, a sports club and a social club as well as a number of schools, supermarkets, nurseries and several specialized clinics.
Jubail Investment Company, the developer of Al Jubail, has announced the appointment of Lead Development to manage the island’s development business, while an alliance of American architects Arctronics USA, Ramon Estef of Spain and Broadway Malian will carry out engineering and planning work on the project.
