Aldar Properties announced the launch of the new “Gardenia Bay” residential project on the opposite side of Yas Island Park. The first phase of work is scheduled to start during the first quarter of 2024, and its units are expected to be delivered in the second quarter of 2027. The first phase of “Gardenia Bay” includes 210 housing units, Of a total of 2,434 modern units that vary between studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. The units will be available for ownership by all nationalities starting from September 8, 2023.
In the construction and development operations, Aldar will take into account the construction of project units and facilities within strategic locations and directions to achieve the largest possible amount of shade and thus reduce the temperature, while providing additional cooling properties using water, and focusing more on landscaping green spaces and gardens. The project provides direct access to the 10-kilometre waterfront promenade on Yas Island, while reducing vehicular access, which contributes to improving the living environment in the community.

It will also include facilities, joint workspaces and outdoor workrooms, in addition to green spaces and “Zen” gardens to provide quiet places to relax, barbecue areas and educational play areas.
