Dr. Tarek Sultan bin Khadem, Head of Human Resources Department in Sharjah, said that the department employed 2283 citizens and citizens during 2018.
He said that the Department has organized since the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, to oblige government agencies in the Emirate of Sharjah to employ national cadres, the system of job interviews, which provides continuous communication mechanism between the applicant and the Department through SMS / e-mail.
He pointed out that during 2018 the Department carried out the rehabilitation programs in order to prepare and qualify job seekers according to the needs of the labor market for various disciplines, stressing that field training programs are one of the most important programs that contributed to employment during 2018.
