“Al Raneem Towns” tops Dubai housing sales at the beginning of the week with 116 million dirhams

Al Habiyah Sixth District topped the list of residential unit sales in the Dubai real estate market on Monday, with 116 million dirhams resulting from 41 deals, all of which were concentrated within the Al Raneem Towns project.

Al Wasl District, Dubai Rest data, came in second place with a value of 52 million dirhams through 16 deals, then Jumeirah Village Circle came in third with about 36 million dirhams resulting from 42 deals.

Among the most prominent land market sales in Dubai, the Lanai Island project within Al Habiyah Fourth recorded a deal worth 100 million dirhams for a land area exceeding 26 thousand square feet.

Since the beginning of Monday’s trading, the value of total sales transactions has reached the barrier of 900 million dirhams, resulting from 334 transactions.
