The Sales and Leasing Committee on the Wafi map of the Saudi Ministry of Housing issued six sales licenses on the map for a number of projects in four different regions of the Kingdom, namely, the Sunset Hills Townhouse in Dammam, Jeddah Sunset Hills in Jeddah, Tayba Gate, Durrat Al Madina in Madinah, Rawasin in Yanbu, and Duplex Apartments and Apartments in Riyadh to provide more than 5,000 housing units. The Secretary-General of the Committee, Nayef Al-Sharif, said that these projects will provide 5719 different housing units between apartments, villas and townhouses at prices ranging from 250 thousand riyals to 750 thousand riyals, stressing the Wafi’s keenness to implement all the necessary standards for issuance of licenses to real estate developers working In those projects. The “Wafi” program for sale on the map gives licenses to sell and rent real estate units on the map of all types (residential, commercial, investment, office, service, industrial, tourist), the license for marketing the foreign real estate on the map, the license to sell the raw land on the map, Marketing of real estate on the map, as well as license to display the real estate units on the map in the external exhibitions.
