12.7 billion dirhams in Dubai real estate transactions in a week

Weekly real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 12.7 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed the recording of 2,329 sales, worth 8.19 billion dirhams, including 549 sales of land, worth 4.25 billion dirhams, and 1,780 sales of apartments and villas, worth 3.94 billion dirhams.

The most important land sales were worth 622.91 million dirhams in the Dubai Marina area, followed by a sale worth 180 million dirhams in the Business Bay area, then a sale worth 150 million dirhams in the Dubai Marina area.

Al-Habiyah 5 region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 123 sales, worth 527.18 million dirhams, followed by the Airport City area, recording 113 sales, worth 542.17 million dirhams, and third in Hind City 4, recording 111 sales, worth 161.9 million dirhams.

 

 

 

 

 

As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, the most important sales were a sale worth 88 million dirhams in the Al Barsha First area, followed by a sale worth 75 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally a sale worth 64.5 million dirhams in the Al Thanyah Fourth area.

The Al Barsha South Fourth area topped the regions in terms of the number of apartment and villa sales, recording 159 sales worth 142.89 million dirhams, followed by the Burj Khalifa area, recording 151 sales worth 444.5 million dirhams, and third in Business Bay, recording 146 sales worth 267.66 million dirhams.

The mortgages recorded a value of 3.88 billion dirhams, including 88 land mortgages worth 1.89 billion dirhams, and 681 mortgages on villas and apartments worth 1.99 billion dirhams, the most important of which was in the Budra area, worth 1.35 billion dirhams, and another in the Palm Jumeirah area, worth 347.98 million dirhams.

As for donations, it witnessed the registration of 165 donations worth 669.7 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Al Thanyah 4th area with a value of 132.28 million dirhams, and another in the Al Barsha South 2nd area with a value of 113.45 million dirhams.

Daily actions

While real estate transactions in the department amounted to more than 699.5 million dirhams, as the department witnessed, on Friday, the recording of 166 sales worth 508.85 million dirhams, including 26 sales of lands worth 115.16 million dirhams, and 140 sales of apartments and villas worth 393.69 million dirhams.

The most important land sales were worth 15.31 million dirhams in the Al-Mirkadh area, followed by a sale worth 9.99 million dirhams in the second Meaisem area, then a sale worth 9.7 million dirhams in the fourth Al-Habiyah area.

The Hind City region topped the 4 regions, in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 9 sales worth 11.16 million dirhams, followed by the first Jebel Ali region, recording 6 sales worth 29.52 million dirhams, and third in Al Habiyah 5, recording 3 sales worth 8.45 million dirhams.

As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, the most important sales were a sale worth 88 million dirhams in the Al Barsha First area, followed by a sale worth 21 million dirhams in the Al Mirkadh area, and finally a sale worth 20 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area.

The Burj Khalifa area topped the regions in terms of the number of apartment and villa sales, recording 17 sales worth 62.01 million dirhams, followed by the Dubai Marina area, recording 14 sales worth 43.9 million dirhams, and third in Business Bay, recording 11 sales worth 15.79 million dirhams.

The mortgages recorded a value of 152.28 million dirhams, including 8 land mortgages worth 22.38 million dirhams, and 59 mortgages on villas and apartments worth 129.9 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Nad Al Sheba 1 area, worth 49 million dirhams, and another in the Wadi Al Safa 3 area, worth 15 million dirhams.

As for donations, 24 donations were recorded worth 38.39 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Al Jaddaf area worth 12.64 million dirhams, and another in the Dubai Investment Park II area worth 8 million dirhams.
