14% decline in real estate trading in Jordan for the end of November

The monthly bulletin of the real estate trade issued by the Jordanian Land and Survey Department confirmed the decrease in the volume of trading in the real estate market by 14 percent and trading 4 billion 815 million dinars for the end of November of this year, compared with 5 billion and 629 million dinars for the same period of 2017.
The Directorate of Registration of Northern Oman ranked first in the volume of circulation of 1002 million dinars, then the Directorate of Registration of the Land of Amman, ranked second with 597 million dinars, and third, the Directorate of the registration of land in southern Oman worth 513 million dinars.
Revenues of the Land and Survey Department amounted to 244.8 million dinars, down by 14 percent compared to 284.8 million dinars for the same period.
The number of property sales to non-Jordanians amounted to 2460 transactions with an estimated value of 248 million dinars. The Iraqi nationality ranked first with a total of 781 properties. Saudi nationality ranked second with a total of 577 properties, while the Syrian nationality ranked third with 276 properties.
