21.2% Rise in exports of Jordanian clothing

The value of national exports of clothing and related accessories during the first third of this year increased by 21.2%, crude potash by 16.7%, fertilizers by 20.5% and inorganic chemicals by 16.4% compared to the same period last year.
While the value of national exports of pharmaceutical products decreased by 5.9% and crude phosphate by 20.8%.
The imports of crude oil and its derivatives increased by 30%, machinery and electrical appliances by 5.8%, iron and steel products by 12.9%, plastics and their products by 8.7%, while the value of imports of machinery and mechanical tools decreased by 27.7% Bicycles and parts by 23.8%.
