2.6 million guests in Abu Dhabi hotels within 8 months, with revenues of 3 billion dirhams

Abu Dhabi hotels received 2.6 million hotel guests during the first eight months of this year, a growth of 23% compared to the same period last year, according to data from the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi.

Data from the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi showed that Abu Dhabi hotels recorded occupancy rates of 69% in the first eight months of this year, an increase of 2% compared to the same period last year, while the average hotel stay for guests was about 3.1 nights per guest.

According to the data, hotel revenues increased to 3 billion dirhams in the first eight months of this year, an increase of 26% compared to the same period last year 2021.
