Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Finance has announced the closure of its fifth domestic issuance of Saudi government Sukuk program in Saudi riyals, indicating that it has set the issue size at a total amount of SR 5.85 billion.
In a statement issued, the ministry said it divided the issue into three tranches, with a value of 4.125 billion riyals for Sukuk maturing in 2023 and the second with 225 million riyals for sukuk maturing in 2025 while the third tranche is 1.5 riyals due in 2028.
