Egyptian exports to China reached 408 million dollars in 2017 compared to 255 million dollars in 2016, an increase of 60%.
Egyptian Minister of Trade and Industry Amr Nassar said Egypt was seeking to be a commercial and logistic hub for the entry of Chinese products to the continents of Africa and Europe.
He added that Egypt will participate in a large volume in the Shanghai exhibition in November, especially in light of China’s decision to consider Egypt as the guest of honor of the exhibition.
