“Abu Dhabi Municipality” issues the first Chinese construction license

 The Municipality of Abu Dhabi City, represented by the Building Permits Department, has issued the first Chinese construction license for a project of the Industrial Cooperation and Construction Management Company of the United Arab Emirates (Jiangsu) Company in Khalifa Industrial City on the occasion of the UAE-China Week. The Municipality of Abu Dhabi City is working to achieve the vision of the wise leadership of the State in the future and to adopt innovation to promote the sustainability of development in all sectors of the global competitiveness for a happy future and a better life for future generations and by interacting with the requirements of sustainable development through the adoption of flexible policies and modern services that attract companies and investments Foreign relations, in which Chinese participation is an important and effective figure. The Municipality affirmed its continuous efforts to develop and improve the services to achieve the vision of the municipal system that is efficient and achieves the desired sustainable development and enhances the standards of quality of life in the city of Abu Dhabi. In this context, the Municipality expressed its readiness to contribute to the provision of distinguished services that will contribute to the implementation of Chinese investments in the industrial city of Khalifa and to overcome all challenges for companies operating in the fields of investment. She explained that the figures and statistics confirm the importance of the UAE-China partnership and its ability to grow through the volume of non-oil trade exchange. The UAE’s leading business environment has also attracted many Chinese companies operating in the country, including free zone companies.
