Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange gained 140 points on Thursday

The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange’s (ADX) general index jumped 140.92 points, or 2.78%, to 5,218.13 points on Thursday.

Market capitalisation went up to AED 533.99 billion on Thursday, compared to AED 521.25 billion yesterday.

Trading volume reached 140.5 million shares, while liquidity hit AED 416.3 million.

The Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) rose 2.1% to AED 8.78, while Dana Gas added 1.53% to AED 0.99 and Aldar Properties grew 0.95% to AED 2.14.

The banking, telecom, energy, and real estate sectors went up 3.29%, 3.09%, 1.39%, and 1.01%, respectively.
