ADNOC Logistics and Services operates the Ruwais Container Terminal

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has signed a contract with Abu Dhabi Polypropylene Plastics Company (ADNOC), the leading provider of innovative and high-value plastic solutions – the first operation of the Ruwais Container Terminal.
The five-year contract was awarded through competitive bidding and is the first agreement signed between Borouge and ADNOC Logistics and Services as a new integrated company after the incorporation of Ershad, Esnad and ADNATCO into one operating company within ADNOC Group of Companies.
According to the terms of the contract, ADNOC Logistics and Services will carry out all handling of Bruges packaging products coated and loaded on loading bases as well as containers of non-packaged and packaged products.
ADNOC Logistics and Services will handle up to 800,000 20-foot modules each year based on its skilled workforce, management expertise, operational excellence and commitment to the highest HSE standards.
Abdulaziz Al Zaabi, Senior Vice President, Services Division, ADNOC Logistics and Services, said: “The contract signed with Bruges for a period of five years reflects the strong confidence in the company’s plans to achieve additional value through the provision of integrated logistics services with international standards in Ruwais.
“After integrating our operations in the field of shipping and marine services, we continue to focus on providing excellent services to all ADNOC companies as well as our customers, taking into account our commitment to the highest standards without compromising our commitment to HSE rules.” Looking ahead, We intend to expand our range of services to customers from outside the ADNOC Group, beginning with the region and all over the world
