The real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department have recorded more than AED 411 million, with 134 pledges of AED 157 million, including 11 plots of land for AED 59 million and 123 million dirhams for apartments and villas worth AED 98 million.
The most important sales of land amounted to AED 17 million in Al Mirqabat area, followed by a pledge of AED 8 million in Umm Suqeim, followed by a pledge of AED 5 million in Al Satwa area.
Al-Safa 5 region topped the number of sales by recording a pledge of 3 million dirhams followed by Al-Habiba III with a pledge of two million dirhams and a third in Nad Hissa with a pledge of AED 3 million.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 3 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa as the most important sales, followed by a pledge of 3 million dirhams in the center of the first commercial center and finally a pledge of 3 million dirhams in the Gulf business district.
The Sheikh Mohammed Gardens area topped the number of sales of apartments and villas with 31 sales of 25 million dirhams, followed by the second with a total of 20 million dirhams and 12 million dirhams.
Mortgages were valued at AED 254 million, of which 31 mortgages were valued at AED 228 million, 27 were villas and apartments valued at AED 26 million, the most important of which were AED 40 million in Umm Rumool and AED 38 million in Jebel Ali.
