AED 712 million worth of real estate transactions for Dubai today

Real estate transactions in the Land and Property Department in Dubai today achieved more than AED 712 million.
The Department recorded 143 pledges of AED 216 million, of which 11 million plots of land were sold for AED 50 million and 132 apartments and villas were sold for AED 166 million.
The most important land sales were AED 10 million in the Palm Jumeirah area followed by a pledge of AED 7 million in the first Nad Al Sheba area followed by a pledge of AED 6 million in the 5th Tanniyah area.
Al-Safa 5 region topped the list with sales of AED 5 million, followed by the second Tanniyah region with sales of AED 11 million and a third in Mirdif with a pledge of AED 5 million.
As for the most important sales of the apartments and villas, a pledge of AED 6 million was received in the first Khairan region as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of AED 5 million in the Dubai Marina area and finally a pledge of AED 4 million in the Palm Jumeirah area.
The Sheikh Mohammed Gardens area topped the region with the number of sales of apartments and villas at 28 million dirhams, followed by Worsan Al-Oula with 22 million dirhams and a third in Dubai Marina with 10 sales worth 16 million dirhams.
Mortgages were valued at AED 496 million, of which 21 were land mortgages valued at AED 459 million and 35 were villas and apartments valued at AED 37 million, the most important of which was the Garhoud area of ​​AED 347 million and the Nil Nasser area of ​​AED 35 million.
