Dnata opens new cargo terminal at Brussels airport

 Dnata, one of the world’s largest air service providers, opened a new cargo facility at Brussels airport in Belgium with an investment of 8 million euros.
The new facility of 14,000 square meters provides more than 100 jobs. It also greatly enhances shipping capabilities in the Benelux countries of Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, allowing airlines to develop their operations in the region.
The new facility includes 4500 square meters of warehousing and can handle up to 125,000 tons of cargo per year. It is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure safe and efficient handling of all types of goods, including fast-paced products, medicines, dangerous goods and animals. Dnata currently provides cargo handling services for 25 cargo carriers and eight passenger carriers at Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport. The Dnata team in Amsterdam and Brussels will coordinate and cooperate closely to provide the best services to its customers at both airports.
With the accession of Brussels Airport, Dnata now offers good cargo and land handling services in 87 airports in 14 countries. Dnata employees daily handle more than 1,900 flights and more than 9,000 tons of cargo.
