“Federal Taxation” Launches 50 Guides and Electronic Learning Programs for Tax Systems

The Federal Tax Authority has issued 50 guides and e-learning programs that included some legislative and executive aspects of the UAE tax regulations as part of the comprehensive awareness plan adopted by the Commission.

Khalid Ali Al Bustani, General Manager of the Federal Tax Authority, said that this step came within the framework of the TRA’s continued commitment to adopt the highest standards of transparency and accuracy in the application of tax procedures. He pointed out that the guides and e-learning programs include many tax fields, Import and authorization of import and registration of selective tax, VAT and tax collections, selective tax refunds, filing of tax returns, warehouse custodians and designated areas.

This came in a press release issued by the Authority today, in conjunction with the launch of the comprehensive awareness campaign “your tax decision in 4 steps” aimed at the business sectors registered within the system of value added tax to introduce the electronic system launched by the Authority, which was ready early this month to receive business sector statements from the period The first tax that ended for some business by the end of January 2018, which must submit these statements by a maximum on 28 February 2018.

Khalid Ali Al Bustani called on the business sectors and specialists to take advantage of this evidence and e-learning programs and study them extensively to raise the level of knowledge of stakeholders in these sectors and to create a complete culture of the UAE tax system and its legislation and mechanisms, enabling them to obtain accurate and comprehensive information contribute to the dissemination of tax culture in Business sectors, ensuring the successful implementation of the tax system.
