Madan Real Estate Company announced the start of the signing of housing contracts for citizens within the city of Riyadh in the capital, Abu Dhabi, during the second quarter of this year.
The company explained that citizens can choose their home designs from a range of ready-made designs that have been developed by the Urban Planning and Municipalities Department to suit all budgets and according to the wishes of the citizens and their potential. The prices of some designs are within the value of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority loan.
Abdullah Al-Sahi, the company’s chief executive, reviewed its future plans and projects, particularly the opening of the registration of suppliers during the month and the latest developments in the residential city of Riyadh, which is the first projects that the company is developing.
He pointed out the completion of the construction of the infrastructure of the north of the city of Riyadh, south of the former Shamkha, while is currently working on the development of detailed plans for the infrastructure south of the city of Riyadh / North Wathba previously / in preparation for the start of implementation during the coming period.
He revealed the company’s intention to open its service center and sales within the next few weeks to enable citizens to learn more about the services they provide and to see the various villa models that they adopt.
The company will hold an open day for citizens on January 20 to identify its role, services and future projects that it is developing, while discussing the advantages and services that customers will receive if they take the task of building their homes.
The Open Day event will also feature a review of a variety of models of citizen villas designed based on the results of the “Build Your Happiness” survey, which was recently launched with the aim of developing a realistic vision of the shape and design of the optimal home for citizens.
