The Dubai Land Department has announced the development of the “Real Estate Real Estate” project, the first digital real estate market in Dubai that allows investors to make real estate investment decisions through a complete set of digital procedures without the need for paper documents and reducing real estate brokerage procedures. for real estate investment.
The project is part of the Dubai X10 initiative, which was adopted by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Dubai Foundation for the Future at the Sixth World Summit of Governments last February, aimed at accelerating the pace of development in Dubai. Will be developed by other cities over the next 10 years.
“The project aims at freeing the real estate market in Dubai from procedural restrictions, allowing real estate owners to trade and sell real estate anywhere and anywhere in the world, based on a working system,” said Sultan Butti Bin Mujrin, General Manager, Dubai Land Department. “The project aims to keep abreast of changes in the market and meet the needs of the owners as it helps them to perform all transactions without the need to attend the headquarters of the department or service centers or to come to Dubai if they are from outside.
The project includes real estate transactions such as sale and purchase as well as other services such as mortgage, which will be directly through the linking of the owner with the bank through a smart application for the project so that the bank authorized by the client to mortgage the property directly and deposit the amount of the mortgage in the client’s account or the decomposition of the mortgage for the purpose of sale and purchase
