Pakistani stock market closes higher

The index of the Karachi Stock Exchange, the largest stock market in Pakistan, rose by 0.38%, equivalent to 147 points, and closed at 38531 points.
A total of 54201620 shares were traded in 315 transactions. The market capitalization of 133 companies rose, 155 shares declined and 27 companies settled.
