“RAK Economic” issued 76 new licenses of “Tomorrow Licenses”

RAK Properties has announced the issuance of 76 new licenses in 2017 as part of the “Tomorrow’s License” initiative to encourage citizens to carry out activities from their homes, which are distributed among food activities, electronic trading, perfumes, gifts and many other activities.

 

In the first quarter, the Department issued 7 licenses, 10 licenses in the second quarter, 22 licenses in the third quarter and 37 licenses in the last quarter. This comes as  a positive sign indicating an increase in demand for tomorrow’s license.

 

Mohammed Al Mahmoud, Director of Business Development, said in a press release that “MediaN” obtained a copy of it that the most licenses issued by the Department include food activities. Recently, the cooperation and coordination with the Department of Public Health in the Municipality Department Activities: The work mechanism was reviewed and the license application for the household licenses was developed to include a special undertaking for these activities to be signed by the licensee.

 

Faisal Al Shehhi, Director of the Department of Business Support and Development, explained that during the year 2017, the Department organized many activities and programs in support and motivation. The department carried out a number of training workshops with 57 participants. During the course, participants were introduced to a number of new applications for marketing their products such as “application” closer, “e-marketing for cottage projects” and “Entrepreneurship”.

These training workshops aimed at rehabilitating entrepreneurs in various marketing fields.
