Successful conclusion of the exhibition “ECRS 2019” in Sharjah

The sixth edition of the property exhibition “ECRS 2019” organized by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), the Real Estate Registration Department and the Real Estate Sector Working Group, was successfully concluded today under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah.
The three-day exhibition witnessed a growth of 11 per cent in the number of local, regional and international real estate companies, while a marked growth in visitors and interest from all segments of society, business and real estate.
The exhibition attracted investors because of the number of exhibitors that launched new real estate projects and tangible facilities that made it easier for investors to buy properties that fit their needs.
A high-level delegation from the Republic of Indonesia, led by Radwan Hussein, Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia in Dubai, was briefed on the innovative real estate projects and the urban development witnessed by the emirate and briefed the exhibitors on their projects and offers.
Visitors to the exhibition praised the level of organization of the exhibition and the attention to detail that will facilitate the experience of visitors .. Esteemed diversity in the real estate opportunities that were reviewed at the exhibition, which included residential units and commercial and commercial projects and other real estate products and facilities provided by exhibitors, whether discounts or benefits provided by real estate projects .
In its sixth edition, ICERS 2019 witnessed a number of specialized seminars on the legal aspect of real estate investment. A number of institutions and legal professionals participated in the workshop. A number of workshops were organized to enhance the awareness of participants from business representatives, the private sector and visitors. In addition to exchanging views, listening to the opinions of experts and answering the inquiries of the attendees regarding the management of real estate and the identification of suitable investment opportunities in this sector.
The event was attended by investors, individuals, business and investment representatives, especially with the government’s recent announcement of long-term visas for investors in the real estate sector, which gave a strong boost to investors wishing to add value to their investments in the real estate sector.
