, Abu Dhabi Marine Services Company (Sphinx) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) for the supply and services to enhance the joint cooperation in the containment of oil spills and the maintenance and cleaning of the beaches surrounding Abu Dhabi Ports. Under the terms of the memorandum of understanding, the two sides will cooperate in the response to oil spill incidents of the second level by containing, cleaning and maintaining the affected areas.
