Mr. Abdullah Saeed Al Darmaki, CEO of Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development, said: “The Fund is keen to help entrepreneurs build business relationships with various institutions from within and outside the country, enhancing their network and supporting the progress of their projects to an advanced stage. And to help them grow and in line with the Fund’s strategy of fostering leadership and creativity in the community and creating an environment conducive to the success and sustainability of the competitiveness of IFAD-financed SMEs. He pointed out the need for cooperation and cooperation between various parties to continue supporting small and medium enterprises and increasing the administrative and technical efficiency of the existing entrepreneurs. He stressed the need to follow up efforts to enrich the knowledge of the fund-supported entrepreneurs and enhance their expertise and develop their abilities and listen to their views and identify the problems they face in their work And collaborate with them to find optimal solutions. The meeting included presentations by a number of government, private, start-ups, small and medium-sized companies, funded and supported by the Fund, covering various topics and sectors. ADNOC presented a presentation in which the suppliers identified the strategy of enhancing local value added and how to adopt their contributions and review and verify their performance in this field, Raising awareness and innovation. The Dubai Expo 2020 reviewed the importance of the e-market and its advantages in terms of providing a free platform to promote contracting opportunities and access to a local and international supplier base, which also facilitates the consumer’s purchases and effort in the search for the product or service in the traditional market.
